SHIPPING AND RETURNS

By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

  • There is a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95
  • All packages are shipped discreetly and will not have the company name
  • Shipping generally takes between 3-5 days
  • A link to your tracking will be provided once it becomes available.
  • Orders Placed anytime between Friday, after 4pm – Sunday, will be processed on the following business day.
  • No changes or cancelations after your order has been shipped.
  • All back orders and out of stock items will be canceled. Upon request, we can substitute for another item.
  • Due to the intimate nature of our items, no returns will be accepted unless there is a manufacturer defect. As soon as something leaves the warehouse, for health and safety reasons, it is considered to used and therefore nonrefundable.
